OUR PROGRAMS
Flair Dance Festival
Happening in the summer months, this is an opportunity for choreographers to create and present work to the community. Flair provides resources for choreographers to connect and work with dancers. The Flair Dance Festival is a chance to connect with dancers in the tri-state area in a supportive & fun environment. Last year, Flair Dance Festival presented 27 choreographers and showcased 176 dancers in Voorhees, NJ!
Cracked Nuts
Our Christmas Show, Cracked Nuts, made its debut to the world in 2022, selling out two nights at Bristol Riverside Theatre. 65 dancers came together to work from September - December to create a modern, comedic version of The Nutcracker. We are proud to announce that this will happen annually and auditions will be in August of 2023!
Flair Dance Co. Training Program
Newly launched in 2023, our Training Program is an 8-week program that provides extensive dance training to adult dancers. This program meets weekly on Sunday's, focusing on cross-training, ballet & modern technique, and phrase work. Dancers receive individual and personalized attention/feedback. This program accepts new dancers every 8-weeks.
SPARKS & EMBERS by Flair Dance Co.
Newly launched in 2023, SPARKS, our adult hip hop crew, and EMBERS, our kids hip hop crew, is an opportunity for dancers to participate in high level Hip Hop training. Dancers learn a set that is submitted and performed at competitions, such as World of Dance, and performances along the East Coast. Additionally, these dancers participate in the creation of a concept video and the Flair Dance Festival.
Flair Jr.
Established in 2022, Flair Jr. brings Young Dancers the opportunity to explore basic choreographic techniques, practice improvisation, learn how to work with props, and were asked to create work on the spot to present to their friends in family. Dancers that attend this program receive an application for the Flair Dance Festival where they are able to apply to be a featured choreographer for the show. Selected students receive Choreographic Mentors to help them through the process of creating work for the stage.
